We have a manufacturing faculty  that creates all the jewelry on MyDiaLand. Our faculty allows us to provide high quality product for their competitive  prices.

Most of our diamond jewelry is set in micropave setting, which is a highly precise setting of very small diamonds using a microscope. MyDiaLand. is one of the companies who have started the line of Micropave setting diamond jewelry and now it has become popular everywhere.For the customer piece, we can make the jewelry  in 14KT,10KT and 18KT which are white, yellow or rose gold or combinations) and any size of  Diamond.

or you can choose USPS express will be charged $19.99.In most of place in USA, it will be delivered within 1~3 businesses day, but depending on where you are located, the shipping and delivery time may take from 2~6 days. During the holiday season or special reason, (e.g Christmas, New Year, Valentine Day) the shipping

process will may take longer than usual.

All payments must clear before item is shipped and payment must be received within 3days of the end of the auction.

Return Policy

We have 30 days return policy as long as the items are returned in their original conditions (NOT worn or used) with the gift box. We only accept returns within 30 days after you

reiceved item. We promise you 100% money back with shipping & handling Fee if item is defective.

Otherwise, will be charged $5.99 of shipping fee from what you paid us.

For the returnning item, customers are responsible for shipping.

Note - We DO NOT accept a damaged products for exchange or refund and custom made

rings, pendants and resized rings are NOT refundable.

Please, Email us if you wish to return or exchange the item within 30 days, and we will issue the

RMA number for you with instruction.

After we received return item from our customer, we will issue the refund money in 1~3 business days and it might take 2~10 business days to clear.
